SHIPPING / PICK UP METHODS

The shipments / pick ups of our products are made with one of the following methods:

  • Pick up from our store Papaflessa 13, Nea Chalkidona – Athens, 14343 Greece
  • Via the courier company of your choice (Up to 10 kg. For heavier packages the shipment is made with a transport agency or KTEL inter-city buses).
  • Delivery to a transportation company of your choice within Athens for heavy parcels.

ORDERS CANCELLATION POLICY

It is possible to modify or cancel your order if the processing or sending of your order by our company has not started. To cancel your order, you must send us an Email with the subject "ORDER CANCELLATION" + your order number.

In any case, for any change you wish to be made to your order, you should definitely contact our company via Email.

RETURNS POLICY

The return of any electronic material is not accepted.
You can return a product and we will refund you if you notify us for your decision by sending an Email or by calling us at +302102588984, within 14 calendar days from the day that the product was received by you or a third person that you will indicate. In case you have order a batch of products, the deadline starts at the moment you will receive the last product or with the delivery of the product in case of periodic benefits. Does not apply to digital content purchases. With the withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us in the excellent condition that it was delivered to you. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. The shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by our company and are borne by the customer. Money returned by our company does not include the initial shipping costs to you. The refund method will be the same as the payment method.

You do not have the right to withdraw in the cases of article 3IB of law 2251/94 and in any other case that is provided by law or the present in accordance with the law.
